If you wish to cancel an order or an item, this must be stated before 4 pm on the day BEFORE delivery as anytime after this the order will be packed. ​

 

If you wish for a refund of an order or an item, this must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the order or the item. We can either refund the money back into your account or send out the same item again free of charge upon next delivery.
